The digital Ms take a guess from a light sensor in front of the hotshoe, it 
usually reads a lower aperture than used and gets very confused with ND 
filters ;-)

Was the Noctilux coded? If not, it may have just given a 2.0 aperture as a 
default.

Great contrast for a huge aperture wide open.
