There are only two frames from it thus far in that casual portrait gallery actually. One of those is that shot of Rebecca that you linked to. That was 100% natural light on an overcast day. More from that short shoot to follow. I've yet to look at the developing of those on my real computer since I got home. I guess with the looking left/right/into camera you get into a bit of personal style. Personal taste varies too of course. I've had people tell me that they really dislike the ones where eyes are directly into camera. When your model is as beautiful as Bec Ridings with THOSE eyes I think it's compulsory myself ;-) Having been tutored by Dr Ted and Rembrandt, I try to be mindful of the shadow side too. I'm in process of posting quite a few from the Barcelona trip. I have more than 2000 frames from the new camera there to edit from, including a few hundred after I dropped it (and me!) in a stone courtyard. If there's some interest, I thought I might post a few impressions of using it later.
