Hi Leo,
Nice composition and interesting subject. However you did almost the same 
mistake as Duane with almost as much as he did, " OVER EXPOSURE! Therefore 
making the photo unacceptable1 :-(

I realize you were shooting in a well lit and white area. But that's no 
excuse for an over-exposure. Sorry Mate! :-(
