I had a pre-order from Amazon UK as this was the only place I could find
this originally. I have just been advised that shipment will be delayed. I
have cancelled that order. I now have a new pre-order with amazon.com.
Currently they have promotional pricing and you can get the book as an
E-book too. I think that it is a title much better to have in printed form
though.
