[Leica] Copying Lightroom to a new computer: how to find my serial number

You could contact Leica in Solms or your local representative. Give them
the place and date of purchase, serial N? and the secret code N? you
received with your certificate of waranty (a small booklet). The same gives
you acces to the software upgrade of your camera.
