Most of my pre-digital photo background is in large format b&w, so I'm somewhat prejudiced. Although, I will admit that color is probably here to stay :), especially in 6188, my favorite. I typically use Nik Silver Efex Pro for b&w conversion and play with the filters and sometimes "film" stock until I get what I want. I have Alien Skin and DxO also and they work pretty well.
