So I cannot complete avoid food porn today but there is also a rare selfie and an extremely impressive se?orita. Yours truly, photographed by one of the Korea Intellectual Property Office colleagues during a coffee break: http://www.greatpix.eu/All/Picture-A-Day/4253606_kdsZ6C#!i=2950085181&k=FBPv6BR&lb=1&s=O The banquet was preceded by a short Pansori performance. Pansori is a type of traditional Korean song, consisting of long ballads performed by a single singer with only a small drum to accompany her. It was difficult to capture the singer in sharp focus from my table (and the situation did not lend itself to getting up to get a better angle) but I think this image captures the emotion of the performance. I had never heard this music before and it was incredible. http://www.greatpix.eu/All/Picture-A-Day/4253606_kdsZ6C#!i=2950085515&k=LJbfdRD&lb=1&s=O And then the food porn, one of the ten courses: http://www.greatpix.eu/All/Picture-A-Day/4253606_kdsZ6C#!i=2950087390&k=khhGCzd&lb=1&s=O Cheers, Nathan Nathan Wajsman Alicante, Spain http://www.frozenlight.eu http://www.greatpix.eu Books: http://www.blurb.com/bookstore/search?search=wajsman&x=0&y=0 PICTURE OF THE WEEK: http://www.fotocycle.dk/paws Image licensing: http://www.alamy.com/search-results.asp?qt=wajsman Blog: http://www.nathansmusings.eu/
