The proposal is to scale down oil paintings of congressmen from $50,000 to
$20,000.  My cost: First-class airfare to DC, a few nights in the Willard,
some suitable food and drink a free digital file will ensue.  It's not
arguably the greatest portrait (I think it would be) but also consider this:
