I have a cheap Samsung (model 1865 or some such) and I am very happy with 
it. I am sure they have models which meet your requirements below (I do not 
need networking or sizes other than A4/letter). I agree with you about 
staying away from the all-in-one units. Does anybody still send faxes, 
anyway?
