And a small innertube. Flippers. No you don't want to pull that camera out of that bag. There's nothing to shoot but solid rain! And by the time you got it out of the bag the dry season would have come in. I think of a pelican case. Easy access to your gear. Totally waterproof and submersible. And an Ikelite Underwater Camera Housing. I also think of a very large umbrella and someone to carry it over me.
