The graphic wall has since been painted over with a rather dull orange proving that (in photography) you have to seize the moment as it won't be there a week later. As for smoking, certainly here in the UK the health issues have had, thankfully, a tremendous effect and smoking is nor drastically declined. As an ex health official, I have to say I see that only as a measure for good.
