They have had some serious PP to look like that at 320asa ;-)

Greg I prefer the second for the better volume, variety and texture in the
clouds. I think that you need exceptional light to carry off monochrome
sunrises. This one is appealing to me though. I've mentioned off-list, that
I suggest reviewing your sharpening to avoid the more obvious artefacts in
smooth sky tones. Masking can be you friend.
