Getting off the opiates is a big milestone. You next will be getting through all that PT. And, I want to second Ted about the PT. It?s your road to salvation. The other thing to keep in mind is that you?ve just had major surgery and you body is going to take quite a bit of time to recover. By summer you should be in great shape. Good luck.
