Longtime LUGgers will recognize my old panorama of the San Juan Mountains in southwest Colorado, taken with a Noct many years ago: http://exploratorius.us/2013/08/15/spring-in-the-san-juans/ To refresh your memories, here is my original LUG post about this pano: http://leica-users.org/v20/msg06720.html Stupidly, I dumped most of my Leica gear - including my beloved Noct - when I jumped on the digital bandwagon back in the early 2001 timeframe, thinking that Leica wouldn't ever be able to market a digital M. Jeez, was I stupid. And I've been kicking myself ever since. Well, I'm *finally* armed with a Noct again, and just posted my first image from it this morning: http://exploratorius.us/2014/03/15/swirl-of-daffodils/ This is the fourth Noct I've owned and I fully expect it to be my last. It has always been my very favorite lens, and I've used it for literally shooting everything. And with the new M240, some OUFRO extension rings, and a close-up filter or two - I'll be able to achieve visuals I always dreamed of taking, but never could with *any* of the prior photo equipment I've ever owned.
