[Leica] Coded or non coded lenses, that is the question

Hello Frank,

thanks for that, it's all good news to me, doubly appreciated. 
I was afraid of that but needed to hear from someone else. 

Now, what are those changes about with lenses under 35 mm.
That sounds scary to me, is it any thing you can turn on/off or the camera 
does that on default/automagically  ?
