Very interesting indeed, it is part of the Lightroom 5.4 upgrade that just
went up.

It is free to current Creative Cloud subscribers or LR5 license holders,
but in my case I'd have to upgrade my iPad (I'm still using the first
version) to use it so I'd appreciate reports from you early adopters out
there before I take this plunge.
