Kites are very popular in Vietnam.  At the Cao Dai Temple, they allow
people on to their grounds for picnics, kite flying and games for a couple
of hours before sunset.  Families stream in on their motorbikes and set up
on the grass.  As soon as the sun starts to set, the monks blow whistles
and and chase everyone off.  It was fun while it lasted!
