The B&W is better, because you are closer.
I am really surprised at the prices. In the night markets I have been to, in 
Taipei and Seoul, prices were low, which was part of the attraction. And 
Vietnam is a much poorer country, so one would expect lower prices than in 
Taiwan or Korea. It must be aimed at rich businessmen and tourists.
