The GM1 is an impressive miniature camera, incorporating the GX7's 16 MP MFT sensor in a body that is about the same as the Sony RX 100; the Panasonic kit zoom is, naturally, larger than the fixed lens on the RX 100. Nevertheless, the GM1+ kit zoom combo is small enough to fit comfortably in a standard pocket - I know because I tried it. About the only feature it lacks is an eye level finder, perhaps a future GM2 will have one. Controls were a bit fiddly, but one could get used to them. The GM1 is remarkable piece of kit; a large(r) sensor, carry anywhere interchangeable lens camera not much bigger than the RX100. I'm not in the market for a pocket sized camera, but if I were, this would be my choice.
