In fact one f/stop for the session , time spent up front ensuring that it is just right (maybe 15-30 minutes) and then go for it. I do shoot multiple variations on a pose fast when the model is moving every single time the strobe flashes. I don't know if you ever worked wit ha professional experienced fashion model? High end ones literally do not ever stop moving. Try booking Kate Moss ;-) Ones working for a photographer at my level will stop from pose to pose but we might still shoot a frame from a set maybe every couple of seconds. Between sets of maybe 20 frames I might then suggest a change of posture or small change... or the model is ahead of me. That is why you pay very good models.
