Our favourite sossies are Krakowska, best on fresh baked bread with salted butter and Cossack Mustard, kielbaski mysliwska to eat as it is, straight out of your hand, and krupniok, which is lovely fried in thick slices with onions, and nearly as good as Yorkshire black pudding.
