Geoff.. a great job on the iBook option.

It is pretty weird how long (and without any notice that the iPad is doing
anything), but it did go smoothly.

Congrats to all the submitters... and a special thanks to Ted for ,,,, well,
for just plain being Ted.

Nice write up on Ted as well,, who did the writing?  Geoff?
