I would say this is further evidence that technology is grand if I hadn't spent 2+ hours on the phone last night with various levels of tech support trying to un-brick my router that was rendered senseless by a firmware update......the same tech support that tried to fix it (for a non-refundable fee) and then tried to sell me a discontinued model at a 'discounted' price that was actually more than its current price at newegg.com.
