[Leica] eBay scam?

All I can say is a relative trusted somebody who bought a camera off him via 
eBay and paid by what appeared to be PayPal. He then posted the camera and 
notified the buyer but then the scam PayPal link disappeared and he lost his 
camera and money.

Be very careful!
