The latest Washington Post Magazine has a nice piece about the photographer
Wm. Christenberry, who did a lot of work around Hale County, AL, near the
area Walker Evans documented in "Let Us Now Praise Famous Men."  I met him
once but don't really know him.

Near the end there's a funny party prank story involving Christenberry,
Eggleston,a Bently convertible, and a toilet.  Check it out.

Chris Crawford, you might enjoy Christenberry's work since you're following
a similar path in Ft. Wayne, it appears.
