Beaulieu-sur-Mer is cheaper than Monaco as boat parking goes, and as a result is stuffed with what may be buoyant bar rooms bobbing off the beach Lip Queen, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Cote d'Azur, France. The website decries the trout pout, but, despite this, there are lots of them pushing bustily along the palm lined boulevards. So, as far as strategic advertising goes, this may work.
