Another week with lots of work but still enough time at the margins to be 
out and about and doing some nice stuff, including going to the beach, 
cycling, looking at art, exhibiting my own photographs (as part of a group 
show) and ?discovering? an excellent African (mostly west African) 
restaurant right in my neighbourhood. It is all here:
