A total of 6 inches. Ditto but the f.95 lux at F1.0 ..... 6.85 to 7.13 feet, A total of 4 inches. Do that with a 75mm F1.25 at f1.25 lens and you get, at 10 feet ( about the same field of view) is 9.81 to 10.2 feet. A total of 5 inches. So why would anyone do this? Because they can afford it and lift it, and the rest of the world can not. If Leica were smart, they would improve their performance of the cameras to use higher ISO values.... But,, of course, being an optical company, they make more money with expensive fast lenses than they would with better performing bodies.
