They call the day ?Fiesta de Pavo? (pavo=turkey). This year we were 16 people for the dinner, and my wife had begun the preparations on Monday. It all culminated at 10 p.m. or so on Thursday, when Esteemed Wife started dissecting the turkey while our friends waited at the table (of course, by then we had been stuffing our faces with various tapas, so people were not dying of hunger): https://www.greatpix.eu/All/Picture-A-Day/i-9FH9jcn/A <https://www.greatpix.eu/All/Picture-A-Day/i-9FH9jcn/A> It was a nice evening, and I still managed to do my morning bike ride and go to work Friday morning.
