When looking through it you see: ___________ |-----------| | | | | | | |___________| Seeing this you would think that the dashed line represents "parallax compensation" for shooting up close. However, when comparing the field-of-view of the above to the 35mm brightlines of, say, an M6, it appears that it is the only the larger of the 2 rectangles above which corresponds to a 35mm field-of-view. An SLR with 35mm lens also bears this out. I was prompted to compare because the 35mm brightline image looked too "square". Does anyone out there know what's going on here? Thanks, Steve.
