Hi,
 
  I just bought a Metrawatt metrastar meter (which I understand was
marketed by Leitz) and I was wondering if anyone knows how exactly
to use it.  I'm confused as to how exactly to line up the black arrow
with the needle - there's only one arrow, for both incident and
reflected readings.  There are also three switch positions.  I've
used Gossen meters before but this is unlike anything I've seen.
I bought it because I really like the little viewfinder it has
for reflected readings.
