Edi and group,

"Clickstop lens" is an artifact from the days when diaphragm actuating
levers had no detents or 'clicks' as they all do now.  E.G. the older Leica
SM lenses have no clicks at any of the stops marked on the aperture ring.
Some modern lenses have clicks at 1/2 stops.
