The problem with UPS is trying to get them to honor a claim not for loss 
but for damage.

I could tell a long story that includes me yelling at UPS reps, but I 
will spare you all.  Just don't use them if you can help it.

And none, as far as I can determine will payoff on lost images, whether 
or not you insured them, for more than the cost of replacement film 
stock.

Sending off a batch of images (as I did the other day) for a job that 
would cost $40-50,000 to reshoot (with travel, product shipping, 
models, crew, etc.) is always nailbiting time until it arrives--and 
never by UPS!

They are my second to last resort (US Postal is last). 

Airborne has discount rates for ASMP members that are pretty good.  And 
they are nicer to deal with.  But FedEx also good, but pricey.
