Thanks for the reply.  I'll see of my dealer will do loan for a weekend.
I'll keep the group posted if I can move ahead with this trial.
Interesting, the reviews I have read on the Contax G1+G2 speak of the
Hologon but even the reviewers haven't had the chance to use it and write
about it.
