Well, that depends...
Nikon F5 + AF50/1,8 + 8 batteries
1210g + 155g + 220g = 1585g
You will have to use a heavy beast like the AF80-200/2,8 (1300g) to come
near 3 kilos, but then it is unfair to compare with an M6.
But, your point is accepted.
