Thanks for your input on photographing the comet.  I went out last night and
used my 180, alone and with the 2X extender.  Using E100SW, I bracketed
shooting at 30 sec. 1 min, 1 min 30 sec. and 2 min.  I also bracked at those
time from wide open to 5.6 and I think some at f/8.  I am thinking I may not
have exposed enough, but after a trip to the lab this afternoon, I will know.

Do you (or anyone) have any ideas on correct exposure?

Could you please provide the web site adderss for the sites you mention?
