For me there are only tools to work with. I have never used a UNIX-system, cause my Mac ist doing his job allrigt. I am mailing a lot to swedish friends and never heard, that the have problems with UNIX and swedish or german charakters. Anyway, thanks for your hint, I will consider it next / this time. Sorry about all that! BTW: I does mean anything what tools / computer we are using. And I think that is no sign of snobbism to use Unix, Mac, Windows or something else. It's only technologie, not an outlook at life, or? Best wishes! Hendrik
