Its unlikely that any of the Leica lenses other than their Macros will
give you better close up results than the 55/2.8 Macro which is reputed
to be one of Nikon's best lenses.

Of course you can use the 55/2.8 Nikkor on your Viso with adapters, but
only for relatively close up work.

An inexpensive solution is if you own a quality 80/90 enlarging lens
such as the Rodenstock, Componon-S, or El-Nikkor. It will probably give
you great results for close-ups on your Viso and still focus to
infinity.  Of course a 50 will also work, but I doubt that setup would
focus to infinity.  You will need the help of a few adapters-- home made
or otherwise.
