I have, and I didn't hear all that much difference, but then again, 
I don't think *any* SLR is going to win a noise abatement contest.
If 1/2000 and 1/100 synchro will take all the pictures that you 
care to take (it does for me) then the 6.2 has a great deal of 
merit. Even if you grant a degree of noise advantage, the 6.2 *is* 
the R equivalent of the M in other respects. Manual makes Roger 
happy, BUT, Roger is a quiescent photographer!
