I used a (Leitz) rapid load conversion kit on my M2 and actually preferred it to the three-prong system on the M6. When I sold my M2 I kept the rapid load conversion kit just in case ... It's a bit more inconvenient on the M3 as you have to pull the spool out slightly (by means of a chrome plated tab) when reloading to allow the frame counter to reset.
