Next Saturday, 23 August 1997, the first post war exhibition in Germany by
Leni Riefenstahl  (now 94 years old) will open at Galerie Schlueter in
Hamburg. Closing: 14 September 1997. Hitler's little darling will show 50
pictures, all for sale, and continues to declare to anyone who wants to
listen that there is no relation whatsoever between her images and fascism.
Telling the truth never was one of Leni's strong points.
To reassure the public, the owner of the gallery, Mr. Andreas Schlueter
stated: "but there will be no pictures of Hitler". Let's hope that Bruce
Weber does not hear about this.
