Thanks for the reply.  With the increased sales during the rebate, greater
patience may be required.

On the topic of warranty cards, generally: I just wanted to remark that in
some cases there might be an unexpected reward for returning such a card,
even though, as Marc pointed out, it isn't necessary, or with Leica
equipment, even desirable.  After the recent purchase of a Sekonic 308BII
and submission of the warranty card, I received a letter extending the
original one year warranty to three.
