I read Tom Abrahamsson's article on the 24/2.8 ASPH lens in the recent
LHSA's Viewfinder.  He mentioned that the above lens does not have a
"signature" like the 21/3.4 or the 50/2 DR.

I would like to know what makes a lens qualify to be called a "signature"
lens?
