Subject: 90 mm Elmar f4

This question is in regards to the 90 mm f4 Elmar lens. I have this lens
serial # 20900xx. Is this the three or four element lens? The serial
number appears to indicate that it was manufactured in 1965. I bought it
in new 1967 in Wiesbaden and have used it as my "portrait lens."

Now I am trying to figure out what I need to put together a bellows system
for my M-3 and Visoflex II. (that is the subject of a later post when I
know what to ask ;-). My understanding is that the lens head can be used
with a bellows. But, while surfing through equipment ads, there seems to
be some collector premium on the three element lens. Now I need to try to
determine if this lens is suitable for mounting on a bellows system.

I am pretty new to this group. If there is some way to research previous
questions, please let me know. Else, a good opinion would be appreciated.

btw, I did submit my roll call bio, as it were, :-).
