Subject: Leica M6 vs nikon FM/FM2

Can anyone tell me (objectivly - is that possible on this list..hehe)	what
image quality I am giving up is switching from a Leica M6 to a Nikon FM or
FM2? My primary pics are 4x6 or 5x7 print film. I have last gen 35/2.0 and
present gen 90/2.8. I looked at a used FM body today ($300), and connected
to a 35/2 nikon lens was not terribly biger than the M6/lens combo.

Also, would the nikon take a lot of bumping? My M6 spends time in my
daypack on motorcycle rides in its everedy case usually in a stuff sack
padded with a fleece jacket or something of the like.

I guess my bottem line is would the Fm or FM2 do as well a job for the type
of shots I take? Image sharpness be close to the same?

it would be hard to part with the M6, but I am wondering how the Nikon
would do.

Thank you,
Bob
