This sounds like a EKOOZ/14547 Combination Case, which sold for the
princely sum of $48.60 in 1954, 1/6 the freight of an M3 body and 1/4 that
of a IIIf.  It will take the IIIc or IIIf cameras but would have too much
space for the earlier TM bodies.  It was not listed in 1960, by which time
it had been replaced by the 'Universal Case' with its family of inserts.

I'd probably ask $100 and settle for $75.  There isn't a lot of demand for
these, though they are extremely nice cases.
