You need a Leicina adapter, Leitz 22232.  This are exceedingly hard to find
and normally run around $100 to $200 (though I picked one up for $40 or so
six months back -- it pays to read the fine print in price lists!).

The word around the LUG is that these adapters won't work on the M6 without
modification though mine mounts without a quibble.
