"Two-lug" probably means that it has strap lugs on one end of the camera
only.  Early M5's had this arrangement, which meant that the camera hung
from one end like a Canon Sureshot P&S.  It was unpopular, and so the later
M5's have 'three lugs', two at one end and one at the other, to allow
hanging horizontally or vertically.
