|Canadian 35/2 Summicron-M lenses that are ASPH (can't spell
it offhand)?  Mine
|is serial number 3354943 and is not marked ASPH.

Your 35/2 summicron 3354943 was made  in 1985
the 35/2 asph production started in 1997.
I'm sorry... :-)
