Subject: [Leica] Vertical RF Alignment on LTM Cameras

Ah!  Vertical alignment isn't that hard, either.  As you look to the front
of the camera, you will note the round window to the left (towards the
speed dial and film-advance knob).  Unscrew the cover (the outer rim is a
threaded cover ring).  The lens itself will be revealed, surrounded by a
brass holder.  This is actually a prism.  Turn the lens, gently and only a
small distance.  Saute to taste, as it says here, and you're done!

These same adjustments, incidentally, work on most FED and Zorki cameras
and on quite a few Japanese LTM cameras as well.
